Read the biography of Jonathan Swift on p. 579, the CAREFULLY read Before You Read on pp 580-81 and A Modest Proposal, pp 582-589. Come to class tomorrow with:
1. A list of at least 10 vocab words (NOT including those on p. 581) and
2. An outline of Swift's argument
