Week 23 Itinerary
Class-time this week will be devoted to the film Mona Lisa smile, concluding with a Paideia seminar on Friday in the conference room.

Comparing Points of View: Women's Rights
This mini-unit covers the material on pp 643-650 in our textbook. You will have time in class to work on it today and tomorrow (Thursday 1/21 and Friday 1/22). On Monday we will discuss all three readings and any problems you may have answering questions 1-6 on p. 650.
On Tuesday I will collect CLEAN copies (preferably typed) of the following:
1. Your answer to the "Quickwrite" prompt on p. 634.
2. Your answers to question 1-6 on p. 650.
As the final assignment for this unit, you will write an in-class essay on Tuesday in response to the Defining a Philosophy prompt on p. 650.
On Tuesday I will collect CLEAN copies (preferably typed) of the following:
1. Your answer to the "Quickwrite" prompt on p. 634.
2. Your answers to question 1-6 on p. 650.

Friday 1/15 - The Rape of the Lock. Read p. 603 and do the Quickwrite assignment on a sheet of notebook paper. Discuss responses, then take turns reading The Rape of the Lock aloud.

Revision of essay on Swfit and Boyle is due on Wednesday 1/20.
